Working for Epic allows me to make a difference to people’s lives while providing person centred support. It is very rewarding to see out people with a disability reach their goals! Every day is different bringing challenges, rewards and laughter. EPIC is seeing the person, not the disability.

EPIC allows me to have work and life balance. A rewarding place to work in a strong dynamic team of dedicated individuals. The team at EPIC have a common goal of seeing people achieve great things, to live their best life in their communities. To work in amongst this, is truly rewarding and inspiring.

My favourite part about working at EPIC is the team. We all pitch in to get a problem solved and continue to break barriers every day. Each teammate is passionate about their work and the positivity is often at times contagious. A culture that’s built on supporting each other and taking pride in our work is key to business’ ongoing success. With a team like ours, anything is possible.

I get to see the direct results of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding. The people at this company are a pleasure to work with and make it enjoyable to come to work. I love that everyone cares and you have flexibility when needed. I’m learning every day from my knowledgeable, caring and lovely co-workers.

Comfort. More comfortable with knowing my managers are open with communication and it makes my role easier and comfortable.

The people I get to work with. It’s how they allow me into their lives to see them grow and meet small goals. I love everyone and being able to help, and travel life’s journey with them. And that everyone is different; every day is different, and we always get to do new things.
