Support Coordination
EPIC Support Coordination continues to grow and work alongside each participant to make the best use of supports. They help to breakdown and understand NDIS plans and connect participants with a range of providers that will assist in achieving their goals. Drawing from experience and knowledge across the disability sector, a Support Coordinator’s role is to help a participant make decisions using choice and control and gain confidence in understanding all areas of an NDIS plan.
